This document presents the Multi-Year Digital Accessibility Plan of Société des Organisateurs de Spectacles covering a period of three years.
The objective is to ensure that all users, including people with disabilities, have access to digital services.
Société des Organisateurs de Spectacles is committed to progressively integrating digital accessibility into its online services.
This is why we are committed to completing this multi-year plan by adhering to and following the nine key themes necessary for its full implementation, namely:
The accessibility strategy of Société des Organisateurs de Spectacles is currently being structured.
It aims to integrate accessibility from the early stages of digital projects, raise awareness among internal teams, and prioritize essential services for users.
The first steps include:
● Identifying the services concerned
● Initiating compliance audits
● Developing a realistic and progressive multi-year action plan
A digital accessibility lead is currently being appointed.
This person will play a key role in:
● Coordinating the overall approach
● Supporting internal teams
● Monitoring regulatory and technical developments
A dedicated job description will be defined in the coming year.
The resources mobilized at this stage are primarily internal (project managers, IT managers, communication teams).
External support is being considered to:
● Assist with accessibility audits
● Train internal teams
● Provide guidance on accessibility best practices
The objective is to structure both human and budgetary resources within the framework of the multi-year plan.
Integrating accessibility-related tasks into job descriptions is a medium-term objective.
A review will be initiated in 2025 to identify the relevant roles (content writers, developers, project managers, etc.) and incorporate accessibility requirements into job frameworks.
Initial awareness sessions on digital accessibility are planned starting in 2025.
The goal is to begin building internal expertise through:
● Awareness of disabilities and digital barriers
● An introduction to the RGAA (French accessibility guidelines)
● An overview of key challenges and legal obligations
● Practical modules tailored to specific roles (writer, developer, etc.)
The governance framework for this initiative is currently being defined.
A cross-functional steering committee will be established, bringing together relevant internal stakeholders (IT, communications, management, legal, etc.).
This committee will oversee the progress of the action plan and ensure the coherence of the various initiatives.
Integrating accessibility into digital public procurement processes is a priority to be addressed in the coming months.
Coordination with the Procurement Department is planned in order to:
● Revise standard contract and specification templates
● Include clauses compliant with EN 301 549 and the RGAA
● Raise awareness among teams about assessing accessibility compliance in digital services
Future digital projects will gradually integrate accessibility requirements.
The objective is to embed accessibility into:
● Specifications from the initial scoping phase
● The selection of tools and solutions
● Validation steps prior to going live
Support will be provided to project managers to ensure a concrete and realistic integration of accessibility considerations.
The first annual action plan will be developed following an initial assessment scheduled for 2025.
This review will help evaluate:
● Actions completed
● Priorities for the following year
It will be part of a continuous improvement process, with transparent communication on progress made.
New Projects and Compliance
● New Projects: Accessibility is taken into account from the design phase of new projects.
● User Testing: Users with disabilities will be invited to participate in user testing whenever possible.
Corrections and Improvements
● Corrective Measures: Audits identify non-compliant content, and a remediation schedule is established to enhance the user experience.
● Annual Action Plan: An action plan is defined each year to ensure continuous improvement of services.
● Progress Monitoring: An annual review is conducted to assess the accessibility status and set priorities for the following year.
